Incognito mode in Element 2.0 is not able to be disabled

Describe the bug Users who would like to run a test without the default incognito mode setting set to true are unable to even when it is set to false.

To Reproduce

1. Set incognito:'false' in the script test settings - https://element.flood.io/docs/1.5/guides/test-settings#incognito
2. Run the script locally to verify mode

Expected behavior Element should run the test in full Chrome mode and not incognito mode.

Tool version impacted Element 2.0
