ioperm failed: Operation not permitted (run as user or as root?)

Hello all

I moved the sources to /usr/bin.

Run this as normal user (not as root) on imac 2011 - 27":

ioperm failed: Operation not permitted ioperm failed: Operation not permitted

When I run as root I get

Can't open display :0.0

Any help?
