Error instaling addon

Hi, I getting an error when trying to install the addon. The error is:

Failed to install add-on Can't install flobz/psa_car_controller:v3.4.1: 404 Client Error for http+docker://localhost/v1.43/images/flobz/psa_car_controller:v3.4.1/json: Not Found ("No such image: flobz/psa_car_controller:v3.4.1")

Can anyone help? Thanks

Deleting the repository and adding it again does not fix the problem.
