Missing fresh developer info

The Develop.md doc is rather sparse. Please add some "getting started" info there. For example, it will be very useful to have a skeletal script which will authenticate with data copied from the docker config and let you start to experiment with the api. This will remove the initial stopper and probably gain you more developers.
