Temperature not read because of openweathermap old API Onecall 2.5

Since 5. Nov. 2024, openweathermap API Onecall 2.5 is deprecated. No temperature is recorded since 5. Nov. 2024. You have to change psa_car_controller/psacc/utils/utils.py, change 2.5 to 3.0 for the openweathermap API Onecall and it will work again...
