Banner width not correct (portrait) & Interstitial video not working

Just tried the demo code, a couple of things aren't working...the banner does not occupy the full width of the page when a mobile device is portrait (seems to only take 80%) and setting ad size to custom and setting the width manually doesn't work either. Oddly when the device is in landscape the ad does occupy the full width of the page. Also video interstitial ads seem to break the interstitial and the content cannot load. Could you please help - particularly with the banner width issue!
