No minimum window size

On tiling/scrolling WMs (i.e. Niri), it makes using Frame difficult when it wants to force its own windowing rules.

I came here to post this also. If the window is floating its forced full screen height which looks a quite silly on my large monitor, and doubly so on my portrait orientated monitor, and if its not floating (tiling/scrolling) then its still the height of my monitor however as seen in the previous posters pic, the offset from the top bar and/or window gaps aren't considered, so the bottom of frame overflows off the bottom of the screen making the bottom section inaccessible.
