All Systems (macOS, Linux, Windows) blank second tab

The second tab e.g. password screen, chains tab etc always appears blank on the latest update, after the prompt about custom chains regardless of picking either option. Has happened to me on every system I'm on now

Reset all settings, simply turn on base chain and issue occurs again

i can actually reproduce your issue in 0.6.7, does you also have that problem on 0.6.8?
