Improve ENS Resolution

Closes #1564

Todo:

  • [x] Add support for all ENS names in the Account flow
  • [ ] Add support for all ENS names in the Transaction flow

I couldn't figure out how to get the local JSON RPC endpoint without hardcoding http://127.0.0.1:1248, but happy to improve this if there's a better way.
