[Feature] Support for WalletConnect for the "Add account" button

Display a QR code so mobile phones (and other devices with a wallet) can connect and sign actions which were sent to Frame (even when it is acting as MetaMask) @floating

any reason why it hasn't been prioritised? impersonating metamask does work but sometimes it ends up breaking

Acting as MetaMask doesn't work on stargate.finance. Without WalletConnect support, one has to look for other wallets.
