I will dive into Stripe's changelog to see the version 4.5 is causing backward-compatibility breaks ;

Then propose either an updated version of this bundle, Either a new branch supporting v4.5.

If you have the time to test it, that would be great, otherwise I'll do it myself but I'm a bit busy this week...
