[FEATURE REQUEST] Map date settings to helpers

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe. As far as my understanding goes, the scope of the selected time rang is only accessible by the energy cards. And thus, not accessible by other cards in the view.

Describe the solution you'd like Would it be possible to map the selected values to HA Helpers? This way:

• when leaving and returning the dashboard the selected options are still in place. (maybe you are primarily interested in monthly overviews)
• you can share the time range with other views and dashboards. (This way you don't have to select the same date rang on every view or dashboard)
• you can use the start / end time with other cards. Say a graph card.

Describe alternatives you've considered Creating manual helpers and scripts to recreate a workaround for this card. But it's not as clean

Additional context I wish to have the possibility to use this card and populate the selected date range to all other cards that support a start/end date range.
