Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe. as done for watt, kwatt and megawatt to implement similar concept for the water immagine

Describe the solution you'd like based on the amout of value, automatically convert the water amount from ml (below 999ml) to L (between 1L and 999L) to m3 (higher then 1m3)
