work before page is loaded?

I wish sVim can work before the page is loaded. For example, when a tab is loading, and I want to switch to another tab. This is impossible because sVim's shortcuts is blocked.

I know when I wrote this plugin there was nothing I could do to make it load earlier. I can check again once I switch to the new Safari extension architecture.
