[NFC Magic] Add support for magic NTAG21X cards

There is a detailed description of this card: https://lab401.com/collections/rfid-badges-hf/products/ntag-compatible-21x it can be set to different modes to emulate different cards, including EV1 support etc. So this is a very versatile NTAG card. support for this card would be very welcome.

it can be written by a proxmark. Not sure if converting the code from the lua script in the article is an easy task. https://lab401.com/blogs/academy/magic-ntag-21x-getting-started The lua script was written by Iceman, who is a well know person in the nfc world.
