Allow loader open to start streaming logs

Describe the enhancement you're suggesting.

As a Flipper Application Developer, I would like to see application logs when deploying and running the fap through FBT.

What I would expect to see when running ./fbt launch_app APPSRC=applications_user\my_app

Instead, I only see the log output from runfap.py and none of the logs from the Flipper itself without needing to open a separate terminal and invoking logs

It may be beneficial to allow specifying a log filter for known application tags to reduce the noise from other parts of the system

We'll probably integrate log streaming into protobuf a little bit latter.

It's implemented with recent additions to VSCode config. Now there is a command to upload the app & attach a CLI session. It doesn't stream logs, however.
