SubGHz Read and Read Raw to retain configs after exit

For Read and Read Raw, usability would greatly improve if configurations of the previous "session" were to be loaded upon opening.

Configurations to be persisted and loaded:

• Read
  • Frequency,
  • Modulation and
  • Hopping
• Read Raw
  • Frequency and
  • Modulation
