Fillper UI return exceptions. when it tried to find this resource. after version upgrade 1.3

@bkeepers does this stir anything up for you? If not, I'll dig in and see what I can find. I didn't think anything changed with those other than upgrading the version.

Can you share the stack trace? What version of rails? What does the relevant routes config look like?
