When exporting a password if user name or password in the Cyrillic alphabet, then we have to file something like: "'838; 52 0: the A8 <" or "<(>;> <". File type xml or cvs essentially do not change. Accordingly, when you import a bunch of username - password is lost.

The same with Polish letters, perhaps with all non-Western charsets.
