Support Thunderbird 60

I've seen API changes cited for not updating some add-ons, but I know that some things that were changed in Firefox were maintained in Thunderbird.

Quick Passwords, for instance, was able to update: https://addons.thunderbird.net/thunderbird/addon/quickpasswords/

I could intro you to the developer if you want some insight into what he did to keep his extension working. Let me know.
