Adds font_size_secondary parameter

Creates a font_size_secondary parameter to allow to chose font size for the "less important" metrics like resolution, present mode, device battery...

Those metrics were displayed with the same small font than the units, which can become very small as the main font size goes down.

If font_size_secondary isn't supplied, it is computed as 0.55 * font_size which is the same ratio applied to the existing small font.

I merged a bunch of stuff at the same with this PR, something probably caused a conflict so I reverted it. Can you re-submit this?
