Feature Request: Time since start

I would like it if it could tell how long mangohud has been running in a program/game. This would be a separate from the wall clock, but could be integrated in the clock display. "16:59 (00:31:01)" for instance.

If this is already possible I could not find anything in the docs.

duration shows time since mangohud started. It's missing from the readme for no reason
