Error, crash & no Artist field.

I need to change "Contributing Artist & Album Artist" in the IDE3 tag for mp3 files, but only FirstArtist, FirstPerfomer, JoinedArtists,& JoinPerformers available, could not find these in the tag fields!! what are they???? Also most of the time it show "發生錯誤“。 When I change file names from GBK to Unicode [繁體】it always crash。 I use latest Win 10. Thank you
