Better tape metadata

I don't think tapes need better names (that's what the dirname is for!) but I do think the tapes themselves could use some better metadata, either in the header comment or exported from the module itself.

  • [ ] query string as a hash
  • [ ] datetime the tape was recorded
  • [ ] possibly who recorded it?
