renative [tvos] getting stuck on installing app on device

Describe the bug Getting stuck on installing app on device (tested on release/1.0 branch)

To Reproduce

Go to template-starter package
Make sure that tvos device is connected
Do npx rnv run -p tvos -d -> device is found but no app is installed
