Describe the bug app-harness is blank screen on real device

To Reproduce

1. Have real device connected (no matter the platform)
2. Go to app-harness
3. Do npx rnv run -p android -d -> blank screen white or black

Expected behavior app opens with ui

Desktop (please complete the following information):

• OS: macOS Ventura 13.5.2
• Node Version 18.19.0
• RNV Version 1.0.0-rc.10
• @rnv/template-starter 1.0.0-rc.10

AndroidTV simulator also has blank screen, other platforms don't including ios, android, tizen, webos, androidwear tvOS run fails with https://github.com/flexn-io/renative/issues/1354
