[REGRESSION] ios/tvos run time is very long

Describe the bug ios/tvos run time is very long, tested on release/1.0 branch

To Reproduce

  1. go to app-harness
  2. do npx rnv run -p ios -> 30-40+ minutes untill app runs

Expected behavior app runs in 10, 20 minutes

Desktop (please complete the following information):

  • OS: macOS Ventura
  • Node Version 18.17.0
  • RNV Version 1.0.0-rc.9
  • @rnv/app-harness 1.0.0-rc.9
