building 32-bit java7 packages on 64-bit host

Some projects advocate using a 32-bit JRE even on 64-bit hosts to save memory usage. So it would be nice if oab built 32-bit packages for java7.

Modern Ubuntu distributions have multi-arch support, so can use packages built for the i386 arch without the ia32-libs sort of mess.
