Same issue is present with the Ubuntu MATE themes.

@marxjohnson I could have `quickemu` drop a json file (or something) in the VM directory that Quickgui can consume?

This was fixed in Quickemu 4.1: https://github.com/quickemu-project/quickemu/releases/tag/4.1

This issue seems to be caused when Quickgui tried to start a VM but an executable `quickemu` is not in the PATH.
