User in chat/channel list

Is it maybe possible to create a "user in chat" list like it is on the Twitch app or the website chat? To see who is currently in chat and for offline chatting.

The viewers list is now private though can be requested and seen if you are a broadcaster/mod of the channel https://discuss.dev.twitch.com/t/legacy-chatters-endpoint-shutdown-details-and-timeline-april-2023/43161 though there is https://github.com/lvoegl/chatters-api
