there's not viewers list and individual chatter logs, that two things would be very useful

The viewers list is now private though can be requested and seen if you are a broadcaster/mod of the channel https://discuss.dev.twitch.com/t/legacy-chatters-endpoint-shutdown-details-and-timeline-april-2023/43161

yeah, it can be showed only for moderators or broadcaster
