Enhancement: Add the ability to suspend channels

The idea behind suspending channels, or putting them into a "low power mode" would be good for battery usage. Instead of having to remove the entire channel (in a scenario where maybe you want to save some battery), you would just suspend it.

Either it would be manually un-suspended or it would be automatic, based on when you next launch dankchat. The idea is that it would stop emotes and messages from loading in the channel, in order to save battery.
