Add color palette to change colors for mentions/ subscriptions/ announcement/ highlighted messages.

Isn't it great to see highlighted messages in pink? xD

This is a difficult one, especially with the new dynamic color system in Android 12/13 and Material 3. I want to keep as many colors as dynamic as possible. The colors you mentioned are obviously hardcoded rn and I want to rework that at some point anyways. Having a default set of colors for this kind of stuff would be cool though, I agree
