chat censorship and slow mode timer

Some words are replaced with ***, can you do something about that?

And about the slow mode in chat, in the official client you see a timer running down after you write a message to know when you can write the next one. That would be another useful addition for DankChat.

I can't do anything about the censorship unfortunately, since that is how I receive the messages from twitch. I like the idea of the slow mode timer though, will keep this issue open therefore.

I did find that issue, I never did any App dev, but I'll try my hands on it. But let it be known that I would like having it
