Add option to disable animation transition when switching chat channels

Minor feature request, I just sometimes find it annoying having to wait for the animation to finish while I'm reading through different channels quickly. This is what I'm referring to:

More settings FeelsGoodMan Just checked and it's possible to disable the smooth scroll so should be straight forward
