Naming, mmd conflicts with mtools make MSDOS dir

Not a biggy, but mmd conflicts with one of the binaries in the GNU/Linux mtools package, which uses mmd for Make MSDOS Dir.

Won't hurt for /usr/local/bin hand rolled installs, but package maintainers are likely going to complain when MultiMarkdown-6 makes it into the big repos. And MultiMarkdown-6 should definitely be an option in Debian and Fedora. :-)
