Describe the bug

The app.title seems to be displayed twice in the app title_bar

Disabling and hiding the title_bar works if you dont want it and or the double text

But when you fullscreen the app bar is still visible

To reproduce

MacOS Run a basic app with title set the title_bar to be hidden fullscreen

Expected behavior

Titlebar should be hidden on macos in fullscreen (except hover/default os behaviour)
