Describe the bug

When running the ready -made Windows app, the software opens with a black and rechargeable screen. In some cases it does not even open, but an immediate collapse

In case and the lane appears to contain letters in Hebrew, the application fails to act Even if the application is launched from a path without Hebrew characters (for example, directly from the C drive), it still shows an error if the username contains Hebrew characters.

The software was built with the latest FLET version, but the problem was also in older buildings
