Large options list in Dropdown

Question

Good morning. I'm using a Dropdown to select a city of a country. Initially, I was used a list with over 1200 elements in there, but now, I need to show more than 12000 cities, and if I charge in the dropdown, the app is very slow and in some cases, will stopped. How can I show all this cities in my program? Is there any element that can replace it that offers me the same functionality and does not block?
