Fleet UI: Queries table column widths

🧑‍💻  Expected behavior

Platform column to not have a bunch of dead space while Query name is truncated

💥  Actual behavior

Query name column is small relative to platform column causing truncated query names but dead space in platform column. See screenshot:

TBH, platform column never needs to be wider than 108px because it just has 3 icons rendering in the body
