Email button links to join fleet do not work without https://

🧑‍💻  Expected behavior

I invite a user to Fleet, I can click on the buttons in my email to continue my registration

💥  Actual behavior

The linked buttons to accept invitation/reset password from emails are broken

Links work when I manually fix BaseURL to include HTTPS:// instead of HTTP:// This is a backend issue Need QA to see if it's only on dev environment/localhost or if this is an issue for users as well
