Update the guide, where we mention renewal is not available for Windows atm.

@noahtalerman: We want to update the best practice Windows profile to include the renewal variable in the OU. CN and OU are defined by a comma separated list:

Guide PR: #37169

Condition of satisfaction

Guide should explain what steps to take to enable renewal, and that it's supported, just like for macos systems.
