Also tweaked wording around EXEs in the software packages article since we're now no longer including EXE (un)install scripts at all.

@zayhanlon heads-up about this limitation. In addition to the issues mentioned on the automatic policy story, uninstall script fixes are tracked in #27757 (FMA) and #27758 (custom packages).
