Generic error displayed in UI when trying to add a certificate and the server_private_key isn't set

💥  Actual behavior

When trying to add a DigiCert, NDES, or Custom SCEP cert in the Fleet UI without the server_private_key set, user is presented with a generic error message instead of this one

🧑‍💻  Steps to reproduce

1. Start your Fleet server without a private key
2. Try to add a Certificate (DigiCert, NDES, or Custom)
3. Observe error displayed vs API response

Hey @ghernandez345 , the error looks good now but the Learn more link is broken. It resolves to https://learn-more-about/fleet-server-private-key instead of https://fleetdm.com/learn-more-about/fleet-server-private-key
