Fix a couple issues editing certificate authorities in the UI:

  1. Fix issue with with removing api token, password, and challenge values when editing the certificate authorities in the UI. They should only empty out when the values have not been changed by the user already.
  2. Fix issue with sending an empty array for UPN when the field is left empty

Confirmed I'm no longer seeing the API key get cleared when I'm activtley editing the fields
