🧑‍💻  Steps to reproduce

Bug was observed on these computers:

  • Dell XPS 15 9530 with Windows 11 Pro 23H2 10.0.22631.4460,
  • Dell Latitude
  • Dell Vostro
  1. Enroll one of the computers above to Fleet. There's one in dogfood here: https://dogfood.fleetdm.com/hosts/1250
  2. Turn on disk encryption
  3. Restart the computer in recovery mode.
  4. Try entering the disk encryption key escrowed to Fleet.

@georgekarrv I just went through some testing with my Dell Latitude and was not able to reproduce this issue. The Bitlocker key that Fleet had escrowed for the system has worked every time. cc: @noahtalerman
