Add competitive intel to /device-management

Note: If we are able to ship a comparison for even just one of these competitors, it's worth doing that, even if we can't ship all the rest right away.

Let's add

• [x] Microsoft Intune
• [x] SCCM / MECM
• [x] Puppet (even though "it's not an MDM" in the traditional sense, listing it here could be powerful)
• [x] Ansible (same as above)
• [x] Tanium (same as above, and especially since it's a security tool)
• [ ] PatchMyPC (same as above, this is us deliberately drawing a different boundary around the category)
• [ ] ManageEngine

• Intune
• Ansible
• Puppet
• Chef (Note that I am uncertain about "iOS/iPadOS management" and "Automated device compliance" for each of these. Please fill in if you happen to know, otherwise I will find out and either let you know during standup, or commit it myself during PR review.)

@Sampfluger88, @eashaw, I’ve moved the ManageEngine comparison to a separate ticket. It’s proven difficult to fact-check accurately, and I didn’t want it to continue blocking progress on this one.

@eashaw, we can wrap this up whenever you have the time to add PatchMyPC.
