Custom MDM name

Problem

Currently Fleet lists any MDM that isn't listed here as Unknown.

This means that anyone using a custom domain for their MDM will be listed as "Unknown" in fleet. This is less than ideal as it induces a slight panic when you see multiple devices with an unknown MDM.

Potential solutions

  1. As mentioned by mostlikelee on MacAdmins Slack returning Unknown (yourcustomdomain.com)
  2. Just returning the customdomain yourcustomdomain.com
