Software tab on host details page no longer has toggle for “Vulnerable” software in 4.50.0+

Fleet version: 4.50.0 and later

💥  Actual behavior

Starting in Fleet version 4.50.0, there is no longer a “vulnerable” toggle in the software tab on the host details page. This is a regression from versions previous to 4.50.0.

🧑‍💻  Steps to reproduce

  1. In any Fleet version 4.50.0 or later, click a host to view its details page.
  2. Click the software tab on the details page, observe the toggle to show vulnerable software is no longer present.
