Ability for cloud managed Fleet customers to configure their own log destinations

I would like the ability for cloud managed customers to configure a log designation on their own. Currently, configuration options are only available via server config, which managed-cloud customers don’t have access to. This means they must reach out to Fleet to make these configurations on their behalf.
